Rule Book - Updated Version

A few updates were made to the 2013 Rule book. The current version (11)is posted on the web site www.WorldBarefootCouncil.com click on the Rules & PPG link on the left side of the page.
All updates from the first pubication can be found on the "eratta" sheet also posted on the same web page.
These update are all overrsights, formatting or clarifications.
