Bulletin #2, with accompanying Definitive Entry Forms, was sent to all federations on December 11, 2013. Both Bulletins as well as the Intention to Enter form and Definitive Entry Forms are all available on the official website:

We ask that all federations take note of the required entry process as set out in the rules as well as all deadlines and penalties.
All competitors - Team skiers as well as Independent skiers - must be entered by their federations. Individuals may not submit entry forms directly to the LOC or to the WBC.
We are less than three months away from what is shaping up to be a historical World Championships!
