2016 IWWF Barefoot Rule Book published

The 2016 IWWF World Barefoot Council Technical Rules are now published and available on the web at: www.WorldBarefootCouncil.com
Many thanks to Oscar Mann - WBC Rules Committee Chairman - for bringing us this newest version of our rules. Oscar was greatly assisted by the skiers reprehensive Ben Groen, who brought valuable input from the skiers. The 2015 and 2016 rule books have truly been skier driven. Thank you to all for the collaboration that has been born between the rules committee and the skiers.
Very few significant changes were made to this update of the rules. All changes have been highlighted in red text as always.
