What got you into officiating?
My partner just started skiing and I wanted to become involved in the sport. At his first tournament, I offered to help out and started with merchandise and ended up learning to score.

Why do you continue to officiate?
I love the excitement that comes with the sport and enjoy watching the athletes compete.

Who has inspired you in this sport?
I find female athletes such as Ashleigh Stebbeings and Betsy Gilman to be amazing inspirations for women in and out of the sport.

What skiers have you enjoyed watching and why?
There's a certain joy and entertainment aspect in watching the younger athletes and how they can be so focused, taking everything in one minute then having an absolute blast the next.

What other activities do you participate in?
I love sharks and have a passion for scuba diving and snorkeling; I also enjoy rock climbing, yoga, and hiking.
